Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to see so many employees present on Saturday to provide quick service. They often have sale which gives nice discounts. Their webshop is super nice and handy to see what they have without even having to leave your house. For such a small store it's remarkable how well their webshop works. Compliments!

Order placed on November 5. It should arrive within 3-5 business days. I contacted Thijs on the 5th day and was told that the order had gone through correctly and that something had gone wrong with shipping. The supplier would be contacted on Monday November 13 to deliver it. I would also be called back. Just call back. No call yet on Tuesday. Called at the end of the day. They had to figure this out. I was supposed to get a call the next morning, today. Morning over, no call. I just got a call. Order did not go through. And payment had not yet been processed. Money had actually been taken from my account. And it was not refunded either. So always different stories. I am now going to get my money back and hope that Thijs will be held accountable for those promises. I won't order from here again.
